What is “Business Process Support”?
It’s a fair question! Sometimes this term is used to refer to online IT support services, but that’s not what it means to us...
Running a business is a complex undertaking with lots of moving parts. If you are a small business owner, we’re not telling you anything new! A lot of these moving parts - business processes - are things that require specialised skills or experience, or that simply take time that you do not have: applying for grants and tenders, writing reports or proposals, corralling data into a comprehensible and useful structure, writing good copy, negotiating a deal with another business, making representations to government…
That is where we offer our expert support…
Not advice… support.
The precise shape of our support will depend on your particular business process needs, which will be unique to your business. An important first step in of what we do is to sit down with you and understand exactly what your requirements are. No cookie-cutter approaches here! We tailor our response specifically to your needs, and we have the experience and flexibility to do that.
There are big name consultancy firms who will offer something similar, but usually on their own terms, and at a cost that makes them inaccessible to smaller operators.
We don’t work like that!
We offer this kind of support at very reasonable fees, and we offer it on your terms. We are not going to come in and tell you how to run your business! We are not consultants who offer expensive advice and let you do all the work! We are happy to provide feedback and an external eye if that’s what you need, but we are mainly here to get in and help! To provide that extra hand you need to get your projects moving. That’s why our motto is:
Your project, with our support
That’s what Business Process Support means to us, and we love it because every client is different (take a look at the range of things we have done for various clients in our footer), and finding the best way to help is what makes this kind of work both challenging and rewarding.
